At Universal Colours, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance cycling apparel. If your gear isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package the Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all technical tags attached, ensuring the garments are clean and in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our workshop team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
